Is it safe to take nicip (nimesulide) after taking covishield vaccine? I took vaccine yesterday and have been having severe pounding headache + neck/back pain since 2: 00 am in the morning. No respite from paracetamol. Usually this kind of headache is relieved only after I take nicip.
