, I thought sometimes was stuck between my teeth, when I tried removing it with my tongue, a part of my front teeth came out, it was about 1/4 th size of the sugar crystal. What should I do, I have little sensitive teeth. That broken part is somehow sensitive.

Tooth has 3 parts, enamel, dentin and pulp. Among which dentin is hypersensitive. The portion of tooth that got chipped was enamel, which led to the exposure of dentin and hence the sensitivity. There is nothing to worry about as there are many treatment options available nowadays that can mask the exposure and prevent sensitivity. So, I would suggest you to pay a visit to your nearest dentist, so that he can examine you first, and then provide you with the best treatment option.
