My penis bottom nerve is still attached with my penis. I heard that it got released contact with penis at certain age. My age is 24.6 years old. Still it is not released. Your penis size is normal, and a slight bend is also common. They will not affect your sex life. The bottom nerve you are referring to is called frenulum. It will always be there, as created by nature. As long as you are able to pull back the skin on the head of the penis, you will not have any problem in intercourse.
