I am experiencing a swelling in my left testicles (ball), left one is bigger than the right one, but not experiencing anything like pain or other things, it's as just normal as it was before. Please suggest some medication or advice to get better as soon as possible.

Hello- You might be suffering from Hydrocele. It occurs when there is excess fluid between the layers of a sac that surrounds each testicle. A small amount of fluid in this space is normal, but the excess fluid of a hydrocele usually results in a painless swelling of the scrotum.
