I am 21 years old female. I am a student preparing for competitive exam. My height is 5'5 and my weight is 75 kgs. I want to lose at least 15 kgs. I want a diet plan, keeping in mind that I have a really busy schedule since the exam is in a few months. I want a plan which will be easier to follow along with my studies. I can devote half an hour for exercise or anything.

Keep watch of what goes in first. Completely avoid all the refined food items like white sugar, polished rice, wheat/maida. Add lots of fruits and vegetables and keep yourself hydrated well. Regularly take two whole eggs for breakfast which keeps you off from craving. Brisk walking of 30-45 min is more than enough.
