Whenever I get up in the morning I get intense pain in my heels specially in right one. As I started walking the heels pain a lot while taking my body weight. And till the day time this pain continues to be there and even increases. I always wear comfortable shoes still the pain persist. And due to this pain I couldn't walk properly and when I have a lot of standing work in kitchen or in office then the pain goes on extreme level. Sometimes I feel pain cramps also in my heels and only heels part are paining, only the corners not full feet or any where else in leg. What is this problem and how can I cure it? What needs to be apply on the paining area to get relief. Pls help.

Maybe your weight reduction is required. You suffering from lacking of mobility, flexibility of your joints, muscles. And ergonomic problem 's. Your problem is very little.
