Kindly avoid drinking water just before meals or meal time. Also avoid tea/coffee/aerated drinks before meals. To increase your appetite you can try to take dry ginger along with a pinch of salt before meals. It helps in increasing the appetite or feeling of hunger. Also start eating black or red dates everyday along with milk in the morning to relieve the feeling of weakness.
