You need to purchase 15ml bottles of the foll. Homeopathic remedies; Aur 30; Puls 30; Cham 30; Ign 30; Nat mur 30 and Sul 30. On an empty stomach or 15 mins before eating, put 4 drops of Aur 30 in a tblspn of water and have it. One minute later put 4 drops of Puls 30 in a tblspn water and have it; one min later put the next remedy the same way and have it. Continue for all six remedies. Controlling the negativity is not the solution: go and face the world. Find a better job, make new friends, and socialize a lot. These things will get you out of your state, of what seems like, a depression. You need to lead an active life anyway and strengthen yourself to face the difficulties that life shoves on you, regularly. Negativity is there all the time for all the people. You have not been specially chosen to be troubled by it. If others can cope, you can too. Don? T believe in the negative: be positive. In fact I suggest the following to you always: be respectful, be responsible, and be functional.
