I have some discomfort in lrq, closer to bladder than belly button, no rebound tenderness. No pain on deep breaths, coughing or standing. Discomfort or pain has been going on around one week now, never was severe. Both sides of bladder feel sore to touch, mild discomfort with urination. There are some random shot lived pains in ulq, urq and mid back. Worried its early appendicitis. I'm on day 2/10 of amoxicillin 500 mg for dental abscess.

Dear user, you will require an ultrasound abdomen to diagnose if there is any inflammation of any abdominal viscera. Usually appendicitis will present with a fever but since you are on amoxicillin the fever might not show. Hence if the pain is increasing it would be better if you were to get an ultrasound of the abdomen.
