It could be because of dehydration or any pathology like stones or strictures in ureters. Do you feel any pain in your belly? Without obtaining a complete history and evaluation it would not be possible to diagnose your condition. You can start by maintaining good hydration. If no relief you can start with a text consult.

If there is a filling defect it suggests some mass or strictures inside the urethra so it is best to consult a urologist. I would not be able to tell you in detail without seeing your reports and knowing more of the history of the problem.

If you want to know the name of the condition most probably it is urethritis. To advice you something I need some more history as it is not very clear from your question and based on it I will provide a prescription. For symptomatic relief you could take pyridium 200 mg tablet it will give you some relief but not cure the condition.
