Hello doctors, I have been having a mild pain in my left shoulder and neck since last few months. I visited an orthopaedic. Hr suggested few test and the results are like this xray report: osteopenia seen loss of cervical lordosis no significant spondolytic symptoms seen vitamin d test: 5.83 hba1c hplc: 5.2 platelets adequate urea: 28 serum creatine: 0.93 please suggest on above reports and how to increase vitamin d .i am feeling very tired always .please suggest something.

Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds.Return your head to its center position.
