Hi I had c sec on Dec 2 2019 after 21 days I had a head bath but the water was not so hot and it was winter season on the 40th day in the evening around 6 I had a bath with cold water. All elders say that bathing with cold water in the evenings soon after c section and also I was not wearing any cap for ears they say even due to that it will cause heaviness in the head and block ears for whole life is it ?bcz I am feeling chills cool and blocked ears always from few months.

No, need to worry. It can be because of allergic rhinitis or sore throat or sinusitis or polyp nose or dns or adenoids etc. I need detail of case. In the meanwhile do this 1.
