Hello. Hope you're in pink health. Thanks for helping us. My question is i'm currently on pyricontin 100 mg tablet. Which is a vitamin b6 given by gynaecologist. I've visited a general physician. She gave me multivitamin tablets.(becadexamine) I informed her that i'm currently on pyricontin. I want to know if this is alright and safe or i'm consuming much more vitamin b6 which will cause a vitamin b6 overdose. Please suggest. I took only 1 multivitamin tablet. Would it cause problem?

You don't need to worry about b6 overdose. Because it's get excreted in urine any amount extra that you will have then the recommended requirement. So there is no issue of overdose. And this excretion in urine of excessive b6 will cause slight yellowish colouration. So you don't need to worry about that too.
