I'm 19 years old. Recently Doctor made blood test and said that. The normal sugar levels in individuals must be around 70-110. But I've already have 101 and doctor warned me that if I didn't control my food. I'll get sugar. Is that possible? What is the best solution?

You seems to be prediabetic. You can adopt lifestyle modifications like brisk walking for 30 mins atleast 3 to 4 times in a week along with moderation of sugar contaning foods.

Thank you for writing to us. Please note that your blood sugar is within normal limit. However I advise you to cut down cold-drinks/sweets in you diet if taking too often. Secondly do morning walk regularly and take a balance diet. For further answers get back to me. Thanks.
