Delayed / no sleep during nights. There seems to be no" sleepy mood" at all. I am 62 and apparently do not have any health problems.

With advancing age there is decease in the quantity of sleep. Few methods you may adopt to get a good night sleep are: do not sleep in the daytime, take minimum of coffee/tea. Avoid tobacco (if you take), follow ideas to relax your mind such as meditation, yoga or listening to soft music, and following a fix schedule to go to bed daily night.
