My 3-month baby has gora gora sound on chest some times it's comes high sound. Some sound nothing. The doctor prescribed me saline drops and ascoril l s is it really ascoril l s give relief and how many ml should I give per day.

If there is no running nose and cough then only saline nasal drops are enough, no need to give ascoril ls. If it is since birth then it could be laryngomalacia which means it will go with the increase age mostly upto 1 yr. Nothing to do.

The sound you listen is usually secretions in the airway and nasal blockade. If baby has no cough no running nose no need to give ascoril. Nasal sailine drops is best, you can give as frequently as 2 hrly.
