I tried many activities (aerobics, gym, dieting, for around 5 months) to loose weight, but in vain as I dint lose any. But little fluctuations. D no. Remains d same before. Mean time nd even after. Wat I can try which could help me lose? I hav a water fire nature. As told by nadhi pariksha Dr.

Take lasa fibre meal 1-1 tea spoon twice daily mix it in 200ml of water replace it with your meal. If you're taking 4 meals in a day. Generally athlete takes less food after short interval of time. And take best suppliment for your problem lasa spirulina only 2-2 tabs twice daily half hour before taking lasa fibre meal.
