Sir, I am 27 years old. Height 5'9. Weight 51. In my childhood I did plenty of times masturbation at least for 6 years continuously. But last 5 years I stopped it when I was aware its bad effects. But now I have been very thin. My skin is wrinkle, stretchable, very loose, facing night fall problem. When I go to urine last drops are cloudy, some times it becomes dark cloudy. Recently I got my sperm test:- kindly advice me is the test ok. A doctor advice me to get sperm test & gave some medicines. But the problem is as same. Some time I feel I fully recovered as a child but again it itself repeated. My weight is 55 & getting decreased. My body is not strong as 25 years man has. My cheek are inside. Pelt of body is very loose. I can concentrate on my work properly. Finally I got sperm test and it is below for your ready reference. Kindly advice me what to do to get our myself from this problem. Examination Amount: 0.5 ML Colour:- Pearly white Consistency: Thin Reaction:- Alkaline Lique faction time: Nil Sperm Count: 72.6 Millions per ML. Motility:- 25% of sperm shows active. Progressive motility Abnormal form: 3% of abnormal spermatozoa is seen. The abnormality being in the form of 2% Pin Head, 1% Giant Head others features. Few Epithelial cells are seen. Stray leukocytes are seen. Kindly advice me for further necessity.
