I'm experiencing mild pain in right testicle and right lower back. One month ago, had fallen down on stairs but there's no pain at all at that time. I want to know whether the problem is serious or it can be treated with medicines itself.

Hello- The pain can be due to Varicocele and not due to your fall. Better to go for a testicular ultrasound for diagnosis. There is no point in wasting time thinking that the problem is going to fix itself. Even if the pains are very infrequent or only associated with masturbation, you should still have them looked at. Testicular cancer is a serious risk that can be detected before it worsens.
