This is not exactly a cancer but a kind of reactive growth of the skin or mucosa. So, while you shouldn' t get very tensed about it, you should get it removed. The removal can be done by either conventional surgery or LASER surgery. At our centers we use both techniques and use a Soft Tissue LASER for the LASER procedure. Once the growth is removed, it will be reexamined and the final histopathology will confirm the exact nature of this growth. Further treatment, if needed, will be suggested based on that report.
