I am 15 years old. Today I got my periods early in the morning and I had my school from 7 am. I went to my school and studied for an hour and then I got really severe period cramps. I stayed in the sun for around 45 mins and drank hot water but nothing helped. I came back home and got a medicine called meftal-500. I google about it and saw that it causes vomiting and stomach pain. I am in dilemma if I should use it or not. What should I do?

meftal spas is a good choice if you have abdominal cramps. you can also use it in menses pain. no problem you can take it

No it will definitely help you to come out of pain. You can consume preferably one tablet per day and not more than that. Drink lot of hot water during your cycle time as there might be gastric trouble during menstrual cycle.
