I'm 19 years old girl and I am having some sort of allergy on my right hand fingers. It started in mid december 2020, initially it was just swelling of fingers which followed by itching too. But it's been 2 months now, I got rid of the itchiness but my fingers looks really dry and they've lost all their natural color and texture. I want my fingers to be back to normal. Please help doctor.
