I am student of 18 yrs, preparing for neet exam I daily sleep at 4 am and get up at 10 am, so I do complete my sleep for 6 hrs. even though I feel sleepy in afternoon after having meal so please suggest me a idea so that I can get rid of sleep during afternoon.

Hey subham..this is not a good schedule to concentrate on your study...For good prepration of competitive exams you have to take proper meal,some rest and good sleep. acc to me you have to sleep atleast 12am at night and wakeup 6-7am at morng.Do 15 min walking or slight exercise and focus on your study whole day. take planty of Walter,fruits and vegetables avoid fatty food or rich carbohydrated diet.
