Hello sir, two days I ate perform tablet to prevent vomit during the journey, but after that I felt no burping at all, and my condition got worse. I can't burp properly my stomach bloating is too bad right now. I'm having stabbing pins pain in the left bottom side of my chest. Kindly suggest me best burping syrup or tablet.
