I almost do cardio. But when I do calisthenics like push-ups my veins on the left arm are making contraction sounds which I can hear a little and feel too. It's like the vein is sliding up and down near the side bone (bone on the side of the elbow) & I also feel a tingling sensation on my left hand after exercising. What is this? Do I need to contact any physiotherapist for this?
