I am unable to concentrate on my studies and focus on it. As I have taken the competitive exam and want to clear it. But as soon as I think of studying, I feel like running away or sleepy. No interest in anything. Due to lack of concentration, I have lost my marks in main exams. Kindly help. So much of chaos in my mind always. No silence in my mind. Until i'm awake, I have this noise in my mind. I am really stressed of it. Kindly guide me.

First of all start doing yoga, start doing meditation, start practicing writing more, have a break in between your study, take healthy diet.
