Hi, I feel a button kind of lump under my left nipple. It is around 1 cm. I feel pain whenever I press around the nipple area. I tried to search online about the problem. I found out it could be a symptom of gynecomastia. Is this any serious problem? How can it be cured?

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. One of these changes can be a condition called gynecomastia, when breast tissue enlarges. That small lump with tenderness beneath the nipple is a normal part of puberty. In fact, about half of all boys develop gynecomastia during puberty.
