Hi i am 30 years old. And my height is 5.11 and my weight is 110 i need to reduce my weight.Please help

You need to plan your meals well cause you have to lose a lot of weight. Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals. Have an early dinner. Avoid long gaps between meals and/or heavy meals. Avoid outside, junk foods. Remember that the body gets used to the routine of diet and/or exercise hence you might plateau and thats when you might need to take professional help. Also exercise at least 4times a week.
