Sir I am a student taking home delivery tiffin service. But he provides hot liquid item like curry, dal (pulse, and soup in simple polythene pouches and not in the silver aluminum pouch. Is it harmful? If yes then can a silver aluminium pouch is a better alternative?

Hello! polythene covers should not be used to carry hot substances particularly. This is because even though the grade of the plastic is good enough it may not be reliable as vendors look for cheaper substitutes to use. Plus it would amount to harmful toxic waste everyday. It is harmful for you too. No, do not use polythene it's not good for health. Not even aluminium foil etc. Best is use steel. Even steel/ copper/ glass bottles for drinking water.
