I am feeling sourness in mouth in the middle of my sleep and have to clean my tongue every night. If I exhale the feeling is more during this time.

Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Increase dietary intake of vitamin b, folic acid, iron and use of vitamin supplements. This may just be what's normal for you. Since it is negatively affecting your life. Although sourness is not too common I suggest your problem can be ignored.
