Can ideal height weight chart for females give along with waist to hip ratio and/or waist to height ratio be accurate measurement? Even if bmi shows you are within the normal weight range but more towards the higher side, but the waist to hip ratio as well as the waist to height ratio are high and the person is overweight on the ideal height weight gender chart for females, would a person be prone to illnesses?
