My 3 month old daughter's stool culture report shows e.Coli- isolated. What does it mean? If she has e.Coli what are the possible treatments? Thanks!

Your pediatrician must be the best person to advice. No doctor would dare to comment on a 3 months old baby's complaint stated by a third person. You must stick to your pediatrician. If necessary you consult a second for further opinion but the doctor must see the baby. However, E Coli is a normal commensals of large intestine. Usually it do good than harm to the host. But sometimes these may become hostile. Your Pediatrician can differentiate that.
