I have sharp pain and cramps before my periods and I don't have any flow on the 1st day, very scanty and painful lasts for 3 days. My usg and mri reports show a chocolate cyst in right ovary 4.5 cm and fibroid, doctor advised me to take ceze forte (trypsin) and doxycycline, also I have inflammatory bowel disease which leads to fissures. So I have very bland diet is according to this problem and I am afraid to start medication as to my body reacts to any painkillers. Please suggest an alternate treatment for the ovarian cyst, in homeopathy or ayurveda.
