From yesterday I have headache and diarrhoea, 6 times went, I am taking ors, any other medicine can I take?

Good evening continue taking ors aftr each purge.(4.4gm ors in a glass of water). There are also some probiotics which I can use. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Drink boiled water. Take ors. Maintain active life style
curd is good for u.
Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods
