My sis has betrayed by her fiancee. Since she has become emotionally imbalance. She can not control her emotions and becuse of this her professional & personal life is affecting a lot. What to do? hum sab ne use samjhane ka try kiya but still she is depressed & keep crying.

She needs emotional support and not "samjhana. Give her the time and space for talking about what is bothering her. At this point professional counselling would be beneficial for her to accept her loss and gradually move on.

It looks like she is going through a grief reaction. Give her some time it usually takes some 6 months to 1 year sometimes to resolve such issues. Let her be in her daily routine and try to keep her busy. Inspite of all these she is depressed and not doing anything and not sleeping at all then she needs to be taken for a consultation

You must take her to a counselor immediately. She has to talk about her feelings and have a plan of action to become fully functional and responsible. She is probably sad and angry, but if she does not deal with them soon, she can become quite dysfunctional. If she is not listening to anyone, then she has to be taken to a professional and s/he will help her. Make her follow a tight routine every day. It must include exercise, sleep, and a proper diet. She must go to work regularly and do a lot of interesting things daily.
