(1) don't drink water before meal. It will help to take more food (2) use bigger plate (3) eat more often (3) add cream with your tea/coffee (4) have 2-3 bananas everyday (5) drink milk (6) use weight gainer shakes (7) get quality sleep (8) do free hand exercise, pranayam etc.
