Well. As we know vit d is good for our bone health. It helps the body use calcium. Deficiency of it associated with rickets for that tissue doesn't properly mineralize, leading to soft bone and skeletal deformities and osteomalacia in adults. So it is very important for health. Good sources are tuna, mackerel, salmon, fish liver oil etc.
