If it is possible to save the tooth by rct then you should definitely go for rct. If not the only way is extraction. If extraction is planned then ur blood thinning medication has to be withdrawn before 2 days

If cavities cannot be filled in normal manner. As in your case.U can easily opt for root canal treatment. But in case u want to get your tooth extracted.Blood thinner needs to be discontinued 24-48hrs prior to extraction, for which u need to get clearance from your Physician/cardiologist.

Hi You can go to any good dental clinic for your dental treatment. Blood thinners, by themselves, are not a contraindication to dental treatment, including RCT and extractions.

Dear , Treatment of medically compromised patients is always a slightly tricky situation and must be done by well-trained specialists and at good centers only. We have all the necessary personnel and equipment to take care of patients like you. While I take care of such RCTs at our Delhi centers, the extractions are taken care of at our centers by Dr. Ruchir, who is a vastly experienced Oral Surgeon. Similarly, we have trained Doctors at our centers in other cities as well. We also have the techniques to complete RCT in single appointments.

You can take the treatment following cardiologist guidelines for your case

There are many good hospitals wherein you can undergo the treatment. Mostly for a ROOT canal you don't need any surgical procedure that can cause bleeding. So your medications won't interfere. But in case the tooth needs to be extracted yes, couple of precautions need to be taken.

As your medical condition needs to examined before any dental surgical procedure. With proper medication we can go for root canal preferably if needed or extraction as last option. If your present medical condition allows

Sir if the cavities r deep than a root canal treatment is available, if superficial than a filling is done, if grossly damaged then has to be removed. Before the procedure the dentist need to consult your cardiologist to take the concern or permission for the procedure to go ahead. The anticoagulants should be stopped for 72hrs during the procedure
