Nice terms u are using just like a dentist. Madam the total treatment time should not exceed 18 moths, for peg shaped lateral we have to do cosmetic build up or crown.
For medicine you can always go for painkillers. But first visit a dentist for the diagnosis and treatment otherwise later on you have to go for removal of those tooth.
You have three options according to your conditions 1st ceramic braces- it is not visible from a distance 2nd lingual orthodontics- here the braces are on the inner surface of tooth so not visible. 3rd is clear aligners, it is like splints that is...
