I'm 21years old male and I have problem of memory I can not remember things quickly or easily I have to memorized a particular thing to remember so is there any solution?

This usually happens when we are depression or any stress. You should start with yoga and meditation exercises. Take proper sleep at night. Avoid spicy fried and junk food. You may also take some ayurvedic drugs which may help you to gain your memory power.
