I am 25 years male candidate I am suffering from from acidity that means gastric trouble my belly was uneasy due to this problem if I took solid food it takes more time to digest and my belly came front what is the solution and how to protect my body from amibiasis and also how to control my body cholesterol levels. Then I am very much struggling from dandruff and hair fall what should I do tell me solutions thanks.

If you eat meal so fast or by standing then also pain in abdomen I suggest you some home remedies 1. Saunf 1tsp + 1 glass of water boiled it and drink it at the time of lunch and dinner take following remedies 1. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach.
