I have been porn addict from last 5 year continuously. Sometime I wish to but some time I do not even wish but being habitual I need that. And after this I used to masturbate. I regret daily after ejaculation. Now I can observe daily weakness, obesity,anxiety, stress, loss of memory. I was very bright student but now I become looser. I continuously put on weight. I lost my identit6 completely .im just 25 year old. I lost glow of my face ,i did not even have a good and deep sleep from many years .now my life ia only regretting on the past .i can not feel good and think better for my future.

Hi lybrate-user I can understand your condition of getting too preoccupied and overindulge in porn and consequently practicing masturbation. It needs to be assessed to what extent pornography has an impact on your socio-occupational and psychological well being coz in most cases there might be other factors or mood state making you end up watching porn. You need to be aware that pornography is an easily available, affordable and anonymous behaviour which most of the people of your age gets indulged in without any significant distress or dysfunction. If you think your behaviour of watching porn is causing overwhelming distress and dysfunction in life, it's in your best interest that you consult a psychiatrist which will surely help you in alleviating the distress associated with it and have a better control over the behaviour.

First you need to understand none is because of masturbation. It’s myth. There are many myths about masturbation. Even though many of these have been debunked several times, they seem to resurface time and time again. Most claims about masturbation are not backed up by science. There is often no scientific evidence to show that masturbation causes any of the adverse effects suggested. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10.
