I have been having problems when sleeping, it started one month ago with rapid heart palpitations but I can feel that the have reduced. My problem now is that when I lie down especially on my left side I can feel something beat very fast like a heartbeat, just below my breast, like an inch away. It's like on the bottom apex of the heart. I can feel it on the ribs located there. But when I sleep on my right or facing upward or lie down I don't feel anything.
