Hello I did a semen analysis and the results are as sperm count - 45 mill/ml in an ejaculation - 90 million pus cells - 10-12/hpf premature cells - 2-4/hpf motility fresh - 70% motility after 1 hr. - 65% grade - 3 i'm worried for puss cells. What are they? A bad smell comes in my scrotum area even after I take a bath. Yes I have little bit of ring worms in my scrotum. But worried of that pus cells. Please suggest.
