I had a missed miscarriage in january 2020 of 6 weeks with no major problems identified. In october I got my hsg done and then I tried naturally with no medication. I got my lmp on october 19 and I didn't got my periods in november. So I tested on november 19 for pregnancy and the beta hcg came out to be 65 only. The same day my gynae gave me an injection on hcg 5000 and system 200. She also advised me to take ecosprin, system 200 vaginally and progynova. The same night after taking all this, I saw mild brown spotting in my underwear. I am very scared if this is a miscarriage again. I am also not having any major symptom of pregnancy so far. Pls tell if this is again a loss?
