I am asking this on behalf of my uncle .he is 63 years old male. He has severe jaundice after doing the ct scan and blood test it found to that the bilirubin is high 15 and the ct scan reports show a pancreatic cyst ,with doctors recommendation ,he has gone in for endoscopy & biopsy after which a stent was put for the blocked bile. It has been now three days his jaundice is not less and after removing a blood test from the previous reports the bilirubin shows more high 15 ,please can someone help me ?is it that the stent is not working? He seems to be weaker as days pass by and has no taste for food.
