My daughter tlc count is 3700/cu. M.m ,pvc. 38.5, mcv108. 6 and mchc is 30.3. She is 13 years old and is suffering from fever from 2 days. We got her blood test report yesterday. Is it a dengue or something else?

Less tlc count is common in typhoid or viral infections. But it cannot confirm any specific virus. Also in dengue the platelet count is more diagnostic. It should be lower than normal range. Which you have not mentioned. If you consult with full report then will be able. Tk guide further and also can prescribe treatment for faster cure.
