I am 81 years of age and have long standing problem of rls, coupled with migraine resulting in lack of sleep at night and insomnia. For past few months I am experiencing loss of appetite. I am active now retired since 18 months have morning and evening brisk walk about 2 kms each. I weigh 77-78 kilogram with 174 cm night. No smoking or alcohol and mostly vegetarian. Is practin 4 mg a possible help? Ved leekha.
