I had a skin rash on my neck and it looks like ring worm but am not sure. It's red in colour and itchy sometimes specially on its initial occurrence and tht rash go off on its own and had a recurrence after some days .it's patchy ,and becomes dark when disappeared .plss suggest me something cream, tab or else .or should I go for homeopathic treatment. If yes. Is that will be beneficial or not?
