I'm male 26 weight 74 kg height 5.10 .i do office work by only sitting. No exercise at all from last 4 years. Cz of this i'm suffering from piles. Im not fat but just hav belly fat n also feels like bloating. Feels very weak .whenever I try to do little simple exercises I feel very exhausted n feels like vomiting. For some moments very sick. Heavy breathing and sweating. I'm feeling very weak please anyone help me what should I do overcome from this problem. What can I do to become energetic and strong like before? Please help.
